Beef Stir Fry

First I chopped the onions and green peppers in large chunks

Don't you love my "Tonka" plates!! LOL

I love water chestnuts

Can't forget the Teriyaki Sauce

Package of "Stir-Fry Meat" sautéed in Teriyaki

After the meat is cooked throughout, about 5 minutes, add the veggies and stir for another 3 minutes or so and serve on a bed of white rice....with more Teriyaki sauce for me and eat up. Yummy.

I love this dish. My husband and I were the only ones that ate it but the kids just don't know what they were missing. DS had a corn dog.....how could you pick that over this??
